Shipping Policy

01 Processing Time

Every order is confirmed, packed and handed to our courier within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation message as soon as your order is on its way.

02 Delivery Time

Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days from the moment your order ships. Most orders inside Cairo and Giza arrive even faster — often the next day.

03 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery area. The exact fee is always shown before you pay — no surprises.

04 Where We Deliver

We deliver all across Egypt, including:

Cairo & Giza — including New Cairo, Nasr City, Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October.
Alexandria and the North Coast.
Delta & Canal cities — Mansoura, Tanta, Zagazig, Ismailia, Port Said and Suez.
Upper Egypt — Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor and Aswan.

Outside these areas? Contact us and we will arrange it.

05 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking number by SMS. You can follow your package step by step until it reaches your door. If tracking ever looks stuck for more than 48 hours, message us and we will chase it up with the courier the same day.

06 Delays

Public holidays, bad weather or very high demand can occasionally add a day or two. If anything affects your delivery date, we will let you know right away — you will never be left guessing.

07 Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — if your order has not shipped yet, we will fix it free of charge. If it already shipped, a redelivery fee from the courier may apply.

08 Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? You have a 14-day return window from the day your order arrives. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once your return passes inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
